Hi, I’m Pallavi, a Senior UX Designer at Amazon Artificial General Intelligence Group. My journey has taken me through the intricate world of AI-powered systems, specifically voice assistant technologies, at Amazon Alexa AI and Samsung Bixby Research.

Previously, at Amazon Web Services (AWS), I enhanced productivity tools through thoughtful UX design. On the enterprise AI side, I worked at Sumo Logic, guiding user experience design during its transformative growth from a Series C startup to a publicly traded company. My work focused on data-driven products like dashboards, query engines, and security analytics platforms.
